We only collect personal information that is necessary for our work. We never disclose the personal information of our applicants, their families, our recipients, or our supporters to third parties, unless they are working directly on our behalf or we are required to do so by law.

We never publish personal information in publications or one our website without written consent, unless required by law.

Ownership and Retention of Information

When an application for assistance is received by is it becomes the property of AVCAT and is used to record the results of investigations and other information obtained during the process of assessment. It thus cannot be returned to the applicant.

Applications which are not successful are retained for twelve months and then destroyed.
