AVCAT alumni Gemma has been making a splash blowing her horn. Earlier this year Gemma toured Spain with the Sydney Conservatorium of Music Wind Symphony. The ensemble is an elite group of 40 of the best wind symphonic students at the Conservatorium.

The group was invited to play at the International Conference of the World Association for Symphonic Bands and Ensembles.

Gemma is a passionate student of music as well as a gifted player. In addition to the Spanish tour Gemma worked as an intern at the Arts Unit, an initiative by the NSW Government support state-wide arts education.
