In 2023 Airbus in Australia is sponsoring three new scholarships for children or grandchildren of Australian ex-serving veterans. The three-year scholarships are for tertiary students commencing full-time study in 2023.
Airbus is a global pioneer in the aerospace industry, operating in the commercial aircraft, helicopters, defence and space sectors.
Len Russell AVCAT CEO says, ‘I would like to warmly welcome Airbus as a scholarship sponsor for three students commencing their tertiary studies in 2023. It is only through organisations, such as Airbus that provide the funding for veteran dependants, that enables these young people to attend TAFE or university who would otherwise be unable to start let alone complete tertiary study.’
The first Airbus Scholarships will be awarded in 2023.
