Talent RISE Workshop

This morning, thanks to the generosity of Talent RISE, AVCAT scholars participated in an online workshop to build their work-readiness skills and knowledge.

AVCAT first partnered with Talent RISE in 2023. Scholars from the 2023 workshop felt it was time used wisely saying, ‘I honestly feel more prepared to enter the workforce’. And ‘The examples of good or bad when writing resume and cover letters were useful, and I LOVED the information on interviews—specifically how to answer common interview questions and the questions we could ask back.’

Talent RISE is the charitable foundation of Talent International. They have a vision to change the lives of young people by providing education, training, life skills and opportunities to gain independence and purpose through employment.
