Robyn Richards, AVCAT’s scholarships manager hosted AVCAT scholar Ella Holmes and Bruce MacDonald, the Hon. Secretary Joondalup City Sub-Branch in an online Meet My Sponsor event.
Robyn says, ‘I feel very privileged to work with AVCAT, bringing together these two people from our veteran community. Ella is extremely grateful for the financial support from Joondalup City Sub-Branch, an organisation with a deep understanding of service and the impact on veteran families.’
Meet My Sponsor events are an opportunity for scholarship sponsors and scholars, who were unable to attend scholarship presentation ceremonies, to meet.
Ella was awarded the RSL Joondalup City Sub-Branch Scholarship in 2024.
